    Description

    Aluminum Discs, 3" Diameter, blank, 5086 12 Gauge Sheet Alloy (.081", slightly thicker than 5/64", approx 2 mm). Lot of 100.  Condition is New. Shipped free, USPS First Class, usually within 1 business day.
    These have been stamped out using a press - edges are excellent.  There are sometimes very minor scratches, etc from normal bulk handling but one side is protected by a removable plastic film.  5086 aluminum is very versatile - weldable (even solderable - ask google about "Alumiweld rods"), stronger than 5052, unusually resistant to stress from bending/forming, strong corrosion resistance (even from sea water), very conductive, easily drilled, can be polished to a mirror finish.
    Additional processing available - We have arrangements with sub-contractors that can punch holes, powder coat, anodize, epoxy-dip, etc.  Price depends on volume.  Email for quote.
