CARL RT-200N Professional Rotary Paper Trimmer 12"

Description

CARL RT-200N Professional Rotary Paper Trimmer 12". Portable with carry handle at the top.  Small build in storage space to store extra blades (extra blades NOT included).
Condition is "Used". You will receive what you see in the photos.  No paper guide.
Note:
NEEDS A NEW BLADE
. Current blade is very dull. Reversible cutting mat (long grey strip) is new on one side (no cut lines) and very used on the other (deep cut). Will need a new cutting mat when clean side gets cuts lines because of normal use.  Minor scuffing on some areas of the grid/ruler surface.  This is normal with regular use of paper gliding across it.  Grid lines/ruler lines are still very clear. Blade housing glides up and down smoothly and housing unlocks easily for replacement of blade.
Please look at all photos closely and ask questions before bidding.  I tried to describe it to the best of my ability based on what I could see.
