Darling Vintage Two Piece Set --- White Fur Muff and a Matching Hat for a Child or a Lifesize Doll
All of the art work and collectibles being sold by Adams-Byrd Fine Art & Antiques have been collected and selected one at a time by the proprietor, an art historian with many years of training and experience in university art history departments, museums, galleries, and historic sites both in the U.S. and abroad.  The business has been based in the Washington, D.C. area for many years. The art and collectibles that we are offering to eBay buyers are special and unique pieces that have been carefully "
curated" by us.
This darling vintage set is still usable for a little girl ----- or they would be great on a child size doll or stuffed animal.  They are made of white rabbit fur; the hand muff and the hat each have a little bit of dark fur "decoration".  The hand muff has a white fabric lining (and there is some kind of "stuffing" between the lining and the fur to give the hand muff some "substance") and a white braided cord "handle" / strap.  Inside the white fur hat (the shape of oversize earmuffs) there is a white fabric lining; inside around the perimeter there is "boning" to give it shape.  The hat is a little stiff, but it is still flexible enough to be worn.
We do not know the age of these luxurious child size winter wardrobe accessories; they could be from the 1950s / 1960s / 1970s {?????).
They are in good used condition.  The fur skin of the hat is a bit stiff from age --- but it can still be worn.

Payment
