Firmly hold down the center grip handle then light the smaller grip handle up. 2. While lifting the handle, slide back and forth to necessary measurement. 3. Turn circle cutter over and push the safety cap toward "open" position and remove the safety cap from blade. Carefully turn the circle cutter over again and process to necessary measurement. 4. Firmly hold down the center handle. Begin cutting by pushing the blade down and rotating the circle cutter arm and blade in a circular motion. 5. Replace safety cap over blade and push the safety cap toward "close" position.
