Description

The chair was used only with separate cover.  The original vinyl upholstery remains in effect "unused."  The cord junction of the hand control is "torn," see picture.  I used to tape the cord to the control to prevent it from coming off; it is fully functional.
It is a discontinued model, size small, and can be dismantled into 2 pieces for transportation.
