-- There was 1 tiny crack line about 1.5 inch right down the mouthpiece..
Professionally repaired and cosmetic final touch applied.
This shakuhachi is made of Madake bamboo --
genuine material for shakuhachi.
Beautiful balanced body w. aesthetic
bamboo satin skin dark strip, and natural formed
blemish patterns. It is artfully beautiful.
Solid body (i.e., high density, thick bamboo skin rod)
Measurement/ specifications:
1.7 shaku, #D/ #F key -- 20  1/4 inches in length.
** when all holes closed, it plays to "#D" Note.
** Note: This shaku is pentatonic instrument.
(means 5 notes instrument)
Circumference:
4 inches (in between hole # 2 & 3) -- average body circumference.
Bore Size: 18.5 mm Top/ 17.5 mm Bottom
